How it works

Maturity Assessment

Conduct workshops with key stake holders and superusers to gauge the organisation maturity.


LPS will develop a roadmap that will address the organisations needs as well as illustrate how the maturity will improve over time.


The implementation might be broken into multiple phases factoring in time for change to be embedded into the organisation. Where practical and appropriate, any pre‑existing processes will be incorporated into the adopted solutions and processes.


LPS will provide all the training required to embed the changes and also transfer knowledge and expertise to nominated employees to ensure knowledge retention within organisations.
