When it comes to configuring a tool, many organisations typically have little or no exposure to what PPM tools can do and how they should be configured and presented. We typically conduct an initial phase which delivers a working solution considering the organisations high-level requirements in a Proof of Concept (POC) or Pilot.  

Once the organisation has had an opportunity to work with the tool, a second phase can explore more detailed design and implementation. This ensures a solution better suited to the organisation, and more aligned to current and future needs.
