Arawa Manu joined the Wellington LPS office in March 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Originally from Dunedin, she ‘stumbled’ into recruitment in 2010 and has worked in both agency and internal environments, with all roles having an emphasis on candidate care and sourcing. Arawa moved into IT Recruitment in 2015, sourcing candidates for both contract and permanent roles across the public and private sector. She is passionate about providing a great service to both customers and clients, ensuring lasting relationships are made and maintained.

Outside of work, Arawa enjoys catching up with friends – usually over wine and a good platter. She likes to keep fit and spends a lot of time with her ‘second family’ at CrossFit Pōneke.
