Amy joined LPS in November 2017 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for the Wellington office. She has come from a recruitment agency background having worked in this space since 2008. Amy has been sourcing candidates both in the permanent and contract IT space since 2010 and has a genuine interest in building and maintaining long term relationships with both candidates and clients.

Amy brings strong experience in sourcing top talent across the NZ market for both public and private sector industries. She is passionate about driving and coming up with new ways to source and engage candidates and has a comprehensive understanding of the IT, project and transformation industry and how it works. Amy is responsible for looking after recruitment across the LPS owned Development and Test Practice – RESULT, so if you are in the testing or development space in NZ and interested in hearing about the market feel free to drop her a line.

Outside of work Amy enjoys keeping up to date with new technologies and attending various industry events, as well as catching up with family and friends, going to the gym and taking her dog out on adventures.
